"Renewal details was easy to follow"
The renewal info was clear to me, and there wasn’t any surprise charges or anything like that. It all felt straightforward.

"Pretty easy for printing coupons"
I just needed to print a few coupons and it was easy enough. Nothing fancy, but it worked fine, which is really all I cared about. I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle for some reason, but nope, the coupons printed and I used them without any issues.

"Navigation is fine, just a little clunky"
The site is okay overall, okay enough to use, but I did feel like finding certain deals took more clicks than it should. Some of the menus felt a little messy, and I had to backtrack a few times because I wasn’t totally sure where I was. It’s not awful or anything, just not super smooth. Once you get used to it, it does the job.

"Decent local deals, but I expected more"
I found a few attraction coupons that worked fine, so that part was okay. But the entertainment offers near me were limited, which was disappointing. For what I expected, I do feel like there should be some kind of compensation or credit offered.

"They Got Back to Me, Just Not Super Fast!!!"
Customer service did reply to me, but it took a little longer than I hoped!!! I had a question about my account and ended up waiting about 2 days before I heard back, which was kind of frustrating!!!

Once they responded, they were polite and did fix the issue, so I appreciated that!!! I just wish the response time had been quicker!!! Overall, not terrible, not amazing, just somewhere in the middle!!!

I’ll give them credit — the ads actually matched what I got, which feels weirdly rare these days. I’ve been happy with how entertainment.com lays out the deal rules before you use them. It’s nice not having to wonder if something is dine-in only or only valid on certain days... just makes planning a lot easier. So far, I haven’t run into any awkward surprises, which I definitely appreciate

"Coupon dates are easy enough to find"
I’ve used entertainment.com a handful of times now, and overall I’m happy with it. The expiration dates on the coupons are usually easy to spot, which is nice because I can check everything before I decide to use one. I haven’t really had any surprises at checkout because of that. There was one coupon where the terms were a little unclear, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d just like the dates to stand out a bit more across the board. Still, I’d say it’s been a good experience.

"Easy app and quick to use"
I’ve been using the entertainment.com app for a few weeks now, and yeah, it’s been easy to get around. I can pull up deals near me fast, and the search doesn’t make me feel lost like some other coupon apps do.
I also like that the vouchers are just right there on my phone, so there’s no printing stuff out or messing with extra steps. It loads quick for me, checking offers is simple, and it does what I need it to do
